Professional Property Managers is a full service San Diego Real Estate Property
Management company providing property management in San Diego
County for over 32 years. We specialize in property management
and leasing of high end residential properties, houses and
condos only. We are a family owned business serving only the
San Diego area; we are also one of the most professional property
management San Diego companies. It does not matter whether
you are across town or across the country you can feel confident
that we will manage your property as if you were living next
door. All tenants are carefully and thoroughly screened.
We have not had an eviction in over 12 years. We use our own
property management rental agreements that are very detailed
and explain what we as property managers expect from our tenants.
In the event your property requires maintenance, we have specialists available to handle any situation. These
repair people have been chosen due to their reliability and
reasonable fees. Our cumulative monthly and year end reports
will delight you and your accountant with the information needed
for your income tax preparation.

Michael Stone, joined our team in 2008, a Real Estate licensee since 2004, He specializes in the condo / loft buildings located in the East Village, Gaslamp Quarter, Marina District, Little Italy & Cortez Hill.
