National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®)
is an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties.
California State Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (CALNARPM®)
was formed in 2002 to bring collaboration and synergy to the various local chapters of NARPM in California. While chapters from San Diego to Marin/Sonoma were doing an effective job of providing networking, education and professionalism to over 300 professional residential property managers, there was no formal group to oversee information and events that were of concern to all property managers doing business in California. Representatives from each California NARPM chapter joined together in 2002 to form the California statewide chapter.

California Association of REALTORS®
is a statewide trade association dedicated to the advancement of professionalism in real estate. The Association develops and promotes programs and services that will enhance the members' freedom and ability to conduct their individual businesses successfully with integrity and competency and, through collective action, promotes the preservation of real property rights.
California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS).
The CRMLS Matrix platform serves as a portal for adding, maintaining, and searching for listings. Secure access through Clareity SCOUT for SafeMLS provides seamless authentication to the CRMLS Matrix platform and other California Regional MLS products.
Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS®.
is the largest trade association in the county. Our REALTORS® adhere to a code of ethics and professional standards above and beyond the norm. We help our members sell more homes. We help people realize the dream of homeownership. And we are dedicated to protecting private property rights.
San Diego County Regional Multiple Listing Service.
Sandicor, a California corporation, was founded in 1991 by eleven Associations of REALTORS® in San Diego County. Theymerged into one consolidated database providing MLS Products and Services. When Sandicor launched in January 1992 with its combined database and membership size, it was the largest regional MLS in the Country.
